Three types of power systems for foaming equipment: pneumatic, electric and hydraulic

High working efficiency can reduce the product error, and the motor energy conversion efficiency is high, which can reduce energy consumption.

Third, the hydraulic system: large load protection
Hydraulic system with the help of hydraulic oil to transfer power, based on Pascal's law, can provide strong power, suitable for large load scenarios.

However, the maintenance requirements are high, the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil has a great impact on the equipment, which is easily damaged by impurities; the work produces a lot of heat, and large equipment needs a cooling system.

Factories often use a combination of three systems to achieve complementary advantages, such as "electric mixing + hydraulic clamping + pneumatic auxiliary" mode, can improve production efficiency.
At the same time, the power system is developing towards environmental protection, such as the application of oil-free air compressors, energy-saving motors, and biodegradable hydraulic oil, which is both environmentally friendly and cost-saving.
