We provide certification reports from the raw material manufacturers used to produce your parts. These reports typically include information such as the material heat number, material grade, material dimensions, mechanical properties, and chemical analysis.
Technology
Processing technology is a core factor influencing the quality of mechanical processing. Different processing techniques have a significant impact on the precision and surface quality of parts. Traditional processing methods such as turning, milling, and grinding each have their own advantages in terms of processing accuracy and efficiency. Special processing techniques like electrical discharge machining and laser processing, on the other hand, can meet the processing requirements for complex shapes and high - hardness materials. We have over 50 highly skilled workers who have served in this industry for nearly a decade. They hold themselves to strict standards and strive for zero errors in products.


A scientific management system is the core to ensure the stability of mechanical processing quality. We have a systematic training program to enhance employees' skill levels and quality awareness. Casts Quality
We have a dedicated inspection team that conducts comprehensive inspections of all processed parts. During the machining process, coordinate measuring machines, laser interferometers and other equipment are used to monitor the dimensional accuracy and shape accuracy of the parts in real - time. Once any deviation is detected, the machining parameters are adjusted immediately to prevent the production of batches of non - conforming products. For parts completed in mass production, we carry out non - destructive testing to detect cracks and pores. We ensure delivery only after fully meeting the requirements of our customers.
